We are seeking qualified individuals for the following positions.
 

Full-time Position, Resource Social Worker Prince Rupert

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Team Leader, this position is primarily responsible for recruiting, developing and maintaining a range of resources to place Children in Care, including Family Care Homes, Safe Homes, Relatives of CIC and Specialized Resources such as Group Homes and Treatment Homes. The position monitors services provided, supports the resource providers, and liaisons with staff in providing child protection services. The goal of this service is to provide the most appropriate placement to meet the needs of the child in care. The position incumbent also provides genealogy services to the agency, specifically; researching family connections and producing genealogy records for each CIC for use in determining the most appropriate family placement.

On Call, Receptionist

2 positions open. Prince Rupert and Terrace, British Columbia.

Position Summary:

Are you looking for a rewarding role in which you can make a difference in the lives of others? You will perform an array of administrative duties, including secretarial and receptionist duties for the Agency. Further, you will monitor and ensure that all established administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed as it pertains to this position, contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the NIFCS office.

 C6 Delegated Social Worker - Prince Rupert

Position Summary:

Reporting to the C6 Team Leader, the C6 Delegated Social Worker is responsible for providing culturally appropriate integration of services to families within the parameters provided by the BC Child, Family and Community Services Act and the Aboriginal Operational and Practice Standards and Indicators (AOPSI).


Full-time Position, Family Connections Support Worker

Kitsumkalum/ Kitselas/ Haisla
